Can't get the source for the last release

I can't understand why the source for each release isn't bundled.  Nevertheless, I downloaded TortoiseSVN and tried to do an SVN Checkout using per the website instructions.  At first I an error that I found out was due to my proxy server.  I put this info into Tortoise and retried.  Now all I can ever get is:
Error    PROPFIND of '/svn': 200 OK (

How do I get the source?  I read some posts about needing to download svnbridge, but when I go to download, it says you don't need to do this.  (You don't need to download SvnBridge to use Subversion clients with CodePlex) And once I finally get this working, how do I locate the source not from the Head but rather from the last release?

Please help the noob.

There's is only one branch, the head. I keep an old copy of the 2.0 version around. It's a good point that i should probably bundle the sources in a zip when i create a release.
