The licence for this project seems to grant no rights that would allow the use of this code in any other projects, commercial or non-commercial.

Is this correct? Is anyone using this code in a commercial or non-commercial project?

No, you have the rights to do whatever you want of the code but I won't be held accountable for it.

Ok. This then is the same as for the first version of the code on CodeProject which I have succesfully used.

Might I suggest that you add something like "you have the rights to do whatever you want of the code but I won't be held accountable for it" to the licence.

Yes, a modification of the license to that effect would be great. Currently it basically forbids any use whatsoever: "All rights reserved" which does not seem to be what the author intended.
